A Blessed Month!

When we found out that Eric was going to be born the beginning of April, we realized that that was right around the time of work teams, spring break and a one-year-old who would be walking... so we asked for help!!!
Papa and Mama Rink were willing to come down and stay with us for a month to help out while life changed once again!  It was such a blessing to have them here and they were such troopers with everything... diapers, meals, walks, games... you-name-it, they did it!  :)
Here are a few pics to commemorate the time... and a big thanks to Mama Rink for the use of her photos... my picture-taking was at a low!  Hmmmm... I wonder why... :)
I showed Ithan on the last post from this photo, but here's the big picture!  Grandpa Jim was very kind to pull Ithan around everywhere in the laundry basket!
 Sharing some sugar!!!
Bouncing baby Eric, singing songs and patting that "bombosity!"
The Schlotzsky's dining experience on the way back up... Ithan kept pressing the basket to his face and peeking through.  :)
 Lots of game-time with Grandpa!
 One of my little helpers!
The Bluffton ladies' sewing circle made comforters for our kids and Mama Rink brought them down for them to open... unfortunately, I don't have a photo of the actual comforters, but they're great!  The kids were so excited... :)
Reading with Grandma... I love Mama Rink's eyes and Diego's smile in this picture!
Back home with a new little bundle of joy...
 Did I say "joy?"  :))))))))))))
First bath was NOT to his liking...
 Our little water puppy... seriously.
Give him a hose dribbling water and he can be entertained for at least an hour... :)
Joel and Marcos with the new bike rack they made!
Gator-time... Ithan gets excited now when he hears the Gator because it's usually Papi coming home from work!!!
Our tree-monkey... this boy climbs everything!
Papa Rink was amazingly patient and sat and repaired all of our books!  Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Papa and Mama Rink also attended some of the kids' lessons -- for example, Aron's art class with Ms. Frank!
Walking the boys home from school!
It's so fun to see these two growing up -- they're pretty close and fight play all the time!  :)
Grandpa and three "porch-climbers" -- as my Dad would say!
Grandma Jeanne and Ithan... notice he's diving for the bink!  ;)

Thanks again for coming, Papa and Mama Rink -- we really enjoyed having you!!!
